    This year we are running 2 Christmas Fairs. Please select the date(s) you're interested in attending.

    Vendors can choose a display table or space of 3ft, 4ft, 6ft, 8ft. Tables are placed in front of the selling area, and there is a 3ft space behind each table. For space only the depth is 6ft. Tables provided by the Conrad HK are 6ft or 8ft long, 3ft wide, and 2.5ft high. Two 3ft vendors share a single 6ft table. Two 4ft vendors share a single 8ft table.

    IMPORTANT:Full payment must accompany your application. Applications are only accepted and processed on proof of full payment using one of the following methods:

    Please add your company name in the reference section for easy tracing.


    Please make a cheque out to Account Name : Prestige Events Limited | Account No : 819-463902-838 and deposit the cheque at any HSBC branch. Be sure to include your company name on your deposit slip. Please email a copy of your direct deposit receipt to admin@prestigefairs.hk. Please allow two weeks for confirmation and payment receipt to be issued.

    1. Vendors can display their products ONLY in the area rented.

      • Tables are 3ft depth. An additional area of 3ft depth behind your table is for your chairs.

      • Stock can only be placed under the table or next to your chairs.

    2. Only products stated in the application can be displayed. Any changes must be approved.

    3. Sharing of tables is not allowed.

    4. Only a maximum of two people are allowed to staff a 3 x 3ft and 4 x 3ft table.

    5. There is a cancellation deadline of 30 days before each fair date in which payments can be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be given after the cancellation deadline.

    6. The Conrad Hotel will not allow hooks, pins, thumbtacks, etc. to be used on the walls. An indemnity charge will be applied to any participant causing damage.
