TABLE / SPACE SIZES AND PRICES

Tick all the fairs you will be attending.

Exhibitors can choose a display area that is 3 ft, 4 ft, 6 ft or 8 ft wide; and 6 ft deep.
Display tables provided by the Conrad HK are 6 ft or 8 ft long, 3 ft wide, and 2.5 ft high. Two 3 ft exhibitors share a single 6 ft table. Two 4 ft exhibitors share a single 8 ft table. Tables are placed at the front of the selling area, and there is a 3ft space behind each table. Tables are removed for those needing space only. 1. Exhibitors can display their products ONLY in the area rented.

2. Only products stated in the application can be displayed. Any changes must be approved.

3. Only a maximum of two people are allowed to staff a 3 ft and 4 ft table.
