Purple Flour Hong Kong Limited is a Hong Kong-based business that specializes in creating fluffy breads, decadent cakes and other mouth-watering goodies.
They started as (and still are) Purple Yam (Ube) Aficionados, although they are also passionate about exploring different flavours – from the timeless classics to the more bold, and even exotic ones!
They bake at their very own licensed kitchen in Kwun Tong!
They will be selling:
– assorted ube pandesals with assorted fillings;
– ube and mango tub cakes;
– dark chocolate and sea salt cookies;
– mochi brownies; and
– ube loaf and calamansi poppy seed slices
