Gina Maldonado is an illustrator, artist and designer based in Hong Kong.  Her work is colorful and joyful inspired by her love of nature, Latin American heritage and experiences of living in Europe and Asia.  She has a keen eye for detail and spends many hours creating imaginary scenes that celebrate the natural world and the many creatures that inhabit it.  She’s passionate about wildlife and nature conservation and with her work she aims to support animal sanctuaries that work to protect wildlife and natural habitats.  She studied architecture and interior design in Colombia, Mexico and Italy.
