Tick all the fairs you will be attending.
Exhibitors can choose a display area that is 3 ft, 4 ft, 6 ft or 8 ft wide; and 6 ft deep. Display tables provided by the Conrad HK are 6 ft or 8 ft long, 3 ft wide, and 2.5 ft high. Two 3 ft exhibitors share a single 6 ft table. Two 4 ft exhibitors share a single 8 ft table. Tables are placed at the front of the selling area, and there is a 3ft space behind each table. Only products stated in the application can be displayed. Any changes must be approved.
Only a maximum of two people are allowed to staff a 3 ft and 4 ft table.
